U.S. Senate To Vote On Spending Stopgap As COVID-19 Aid Debate Continues

The U.S. Senate is expected to vote as early as Thursday on a oneweek extension of federal government funding to provide more time for legislators to work out a larger spending package including coronavirus relief, if lawmakers can reach a deal after months of argument.
